About Us

Rapid Response Shredding is an independent, African American owned and operated, document destruction, document storage, and valet trash company, serving the DFW Metroplex. Our history is steeped in public service to the community. It's ingrained within us after 10 years of Air Force service and 20 years in the fire service, there is no separating our commitment and dedication to helping people. It allows us to go above and beyond with every client we serve.
We are not just a shredding company doing document storage and valet trash on the side. We saw a need in small businesses for more affordable document storage options. We saw a need in the multi family and residential communities for upgraded amenities and convenient shredding services. Lastly, we saw a need in a portion of the community that was being underserved and under appreciated. That is unacceptable, so we gladly accept the opportunity to serve where needed, just because.
