The Southern Gateway Managed Lanes Project

TxDOT proposes improvements to I-35E and US 67 within the cities of Dallas, Cedar Hill, DeSoto, Duncanville, and Lancaster in Dallas County, TX. The proposed project is approximately 23 miles long. The proposed improvements collectively referred to as "The Southern Gateway Managed Lanes Project," consist of managed lane implementation throughout the entire project limits and full reconstruction of the section of I-35E between the I-35/US 67 split and Colorado Blvd. 

The public meetings will be held in an open house format to allow for one-on-one opportunities for citizens to have their questions answered by TxDOT staff and the project team. Maps and other drawings depicting the project location and proposed improvements will be available at the meeting. The information presented at each of the meetings will be identical.
