First Responders Appreciation Luncheon 2016

Presented by the Methodist Charlton Medical Center and DeSoto Chamber of Commerce.

Please join us in honoring local Fire and Police Departments who serve our community. Methodist Charlton will present a program on Male Related Health:  Colon & Prostrate.

> Reserved Table: $195 - Corporate logo on table. Name mentioned from podium. Reserved table of 8 - host at least 2 First Responders at your table.
> Door Prize Sponsor:  $50 - provide gift of at least $25 value and you will be asked to draw name and present gift.
 
Individual prices:
> Members (pre-registered) - $15
> Non-Member/Not pre-reg - $20
To Sponsor First Responder(s): $15 per meal
