DeSoto Public Library: Sabrina Partee

Who: Sabrina Partee, author of Words of Wisdom for Women

All are invited to come to the DeSoto Public Library and meet Sabrina Partee, educator and author of Words of Wisdom for Women. Ms. Partee, the mother of an autistic child, is an autism educator and advocate for individuals with autism. Ms. Partee is the founder of Storms & Miracles, an organization that focuses on increasing autism awareness and providing support to special needs mothers. She is also the founder of Asenath’s Place, a center for children and young adults with autism.

Words of Wisdom for Women is a poetry book that cover topics of interest to women of all ages and ethnic groups. Divided into four sections, the book covers topics ranging from food and television to autism, friendship, and life.  Readers will feel motivated, hopeful, encouraged, wiser, and stronger.

Copies of the book will be available for purchase at the book signing or by contacting Ms. Partee at SLPartee@att.net. A portion of the proceeds from this book will be donated to Asenath’s Place.
