DeSoto Chamber Scholarship Deadline

We are proud to announce that the DeSoto Chamber of Commerce has recently established a scholarship in the amount of $1,000. The student applicant must work for a Chamber member business – OR -- his/her parent/guardian must work for a Chamber member business.

The mission of the DeSoto Chamber of Commerce is “…to expand, nurture and promote the business community by providing quality service, educational opportunities, establishing partnerships and advocating for businesses to build a stronger community.” We feel that a scholarship helps us to achieve two (or more!) of those goals – PLUS we welcome the opportunity to support the students and parents who work for our member businesses.

We realize that we’ve had this idea at the “last minute” so we’ve set a quick deadline of May 18. Next year, we will have an online form, but this year, all applicants need to complete the attached paper application . Once completed, it can be mailed, emailed or faxed to the Chamber.
