Best Southwest Regional Eco Development (RED) Summit / Luncheon

The Regional Economic Development (RED) Summit includes three components:
 
10 to 11 am (Break-Out Rooms)
All-star Panel on "Development in the Southern Sector"​, moderated by Tracy Merzi, publisher of the Dallas Business Journal, and panelists on four areas: Commercial/Industrial, Mixed Use, Retail, and Housing Developments.  Included on the panel are David Copeland with Edge Realty, Mike Radar with Prime 45 Development, Sean Terry with Centurion America, and Kyle Minter with Trademark Property. The City of Wilmer and Prime 45 Development are Industry Panel Sponsors. No additional charge for this session.
 
11 to 11:30 (Reception Hall)
R.E.D Showcase to review the developments of BSW's 12 member-cities in the last 12 months. No additional charge for this session. There promises to be some bragging in this Showcase!
 
11:30 to 1:00 (Grand Ballroom)
Recognition Luncheon will take place in the Grand Ballroom, with approximately 300 interested participants attending. Peter Brodsky, president of Kipp Academy and CEO of HBC Investments will be the keynote speaker, with Tracy Merzi as emcee. Outstanding developments will be recognized.
